Greetings from Sympraxis Consulting!

As a Sympraxis client, I wanted to be sure you knew about a BIG EVENT coming on this Wednesday, May 4 starting at 12:30pm EDT. Over the years, there have been rumors from time to time that “SharePoint is dead”. Nothing could be further than the truth, and the May 4 event will let you in on upcoming plans for SharePoint and Office 365.

Come celebrate SharePoint and see Jeff Teper, CVP OneDrive and SharePoint, unveil our new vision and roadmap for SharePoint and OneDrive for Business, both on-premises and in the cloud with Office 365.

Following the live keynote from San Francisco there will be a number of on-demand sessions detailing our upcoming innovations. Whether you’re a user, IT pro, or developer, we’ll have a lot to share as part of this historic moment.

Because of my long-time MVP status, I’m privy to many of the details to be revealed at the event. I highly encourage you to make the time to attend the live event if you can or to watch the videos afterward. If you’ll be more interested in the “so what?” view of the event, you can also watch my blog, along with those of many of the other MVPs, especially including those from Waldek Mastykarz, Mark Rackley, Chris O’Brien, Wictor Wilen, Scot Hiller, Wes Hackett, Tobias Zimmergren, along with many others.

While I have you on the line, I’m also very excited to let you know that Julie Turner will be joining Sympraxis on May 9. Julie has most recently worked at Blue Metal Architects, which is a highly-regarded Boston area Microsoft shop. I’ve known about Julie’s work from many conversations with her colleagues over the years, and when Julie and I talked a few months ago it made perfect sense to me to ask her to join me at Sympraxis. Julie’s skills and mine are highly complementary, and will enable Sympraxis to offer you even more depth of knowledge, along with stronger implementations. If you’d like to read more about Julie, check out my post Sympraxis Is Growing: A Huge Welcome to Julie Turner!

Let us know if you’d like to learn more about what Julie brings to the table, or just to touch base.

Thanks,

M.
